Male maltese mix in Bronx, New York

Today I rescued this cute 2 yr old maltese mix unaltered male. He's tall for a Maltese with very long legs. When I rescued him he was matted and thin! Previous owner kept him locked in a small cage for hours. He is great with other pets, children, affectionate and a bit hyper (great for jogging partner). However he is not potty trained. He has his vaccinations. There is no fee just a great family. If interested please reply to the following questions.
