2 other roommates are mid-aged males.
Largest room in a 3-bedroom apartment with a corridor, hall, and small kitchen. It is on the 5th floor. The building is older, but well-kept. Bronx zoo, botanical gardens, et al. nearby.
It has a mirror and a couch, but we're leaving most of the furnishing to you (mirror and couch can be done away with).
$825/month, with all utilities (cable, wifi, heat, water, a/c, etc) included. Deposit is $600--It can be spaced out over first few months if needed, but prior tenant's share needs to be covered.
