Antique Russian silver filled coffee set in Bronx, New York

Antique silver filled Russian coffee cup/ saucer: nickel/ silver alloy (70/30), with 24k gold plated inside of cup.
H of cup- 2 1/8", diameter of saucer- 3 5/8".
NEVER WAS USED.
It was cleaned by soda and now looks like new and ready for a GIFT.
