X-Box KINECT Sensor w/ Adapter (Multiple games available as well) in Bronx, New York

I recently bought my daughter a slightly used X-Box KINECT Sensor and multiple games. It turns out she no longer wants it and gave me permission to sell it.
The KINECT comes with the AC Adapter so it can connect to any X-Box (360, Slim).
I also am selling two games- WIPEOUT In the zone and Fable:The Journey. Each ranges from 15-25 dollars. The price will not be negotiable.
XBOX IS NOT INCLUDED.
